Not satisfied with your order? We sincerely apologize and would love to hear how we can make it right.
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive your returned package, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 business days.
Please note: for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of tight-fitting clothing, underwear, or opened cosmetics, creams, or oils.
Easy Returns in 3 Simple Steps
Step 1: Contact us – we will send you the return form.
Step 2: Send your order back.
Return the goods together with the completed return form to the address indicated on the form. Please make sure to include a track & trace code for your shipment. As the sender, you are responsible for the package, and this helps avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive your refund.
Once we have received your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 5 business days.
